No. Access+ does not replace insurance. It complements insurance by covering everyday health concerns, early guidance, and preventive care — especially for situations where insurance may not be practical or available.
What is pre-clinical triage?
A first point of contact where you explain your concern via WhatsApp or in-clinic. Our team helps determine whether no clinic visit is needed, a focused consultation is appropriate, or a comprehensive consultation is better. It is guidance, not a diagnosis.
What is the difference between a focused and a comprehensive consultation?
Focused: One specific, clearly defined concern (e.g., sore throat, skin issue, follow-up). Max 15 minutes. TZS 35,000.
Comprehensive: Multiple concerns, ongoing symptoms, chronic conditions, or preventive health reviews. Max 30 minutes. TZS 60,000.

How do I activate my Access+ membership?

When can I schedule my annual health check-up?
Annual health check-ups are scheduled after 6 months of active membership. This allows time to establish continuity of care and ensures the check-up is meaningful.
Is Access+ suitable for temporary or seasonal residents?
Yes. The Access+ Flex plan (TZS 15,000/month) is designed for temporary residents, visitors, and those with insurance that already covers outpatient care. It provides triage and discounts without long-term commitment.
