A 69-year-old man presented with a 5-year history of diffuse infiltration of skin and progressive sensory loss over his bilateral hands. His face had a few papular-nodular lesions over forehead and cheeks, attenuated skin folds, with loss of eyelashes and eyebrows (figure 1).
