La Food and Drug Administration (FDA) statunitense ha proposto di vietare l\u2019uso della formaldeide nei rilassanti per capelli poich\u00e9 \u00e8 collegata a effetti avversi sulla salute a breve e lungo termine, compreso il rischio di cancro.<\/p>\n

I prodotti liscianti e stiranti per capelli che contengono formaldeide rilasciano la sostanza chimica tossica quando riscaldati.<\/p>\n
