Die Amerikaner scheinen einen Zustand der \u201eImpfm\u00fcdigkeit\u201c erreicht zu haben, der dazu f\u00fchrt, dass die meisten von ihnen Auffrischungsimpfungen f\u00fcr einen anhaltenden Schutz gegen COVID-19 ablehnen.<\/p>\n

Als die US-Regierung im vergangenen September die bivalenten Auffrischungsdosen f\u00fcr Covid einf\u00fchrte, hofften Experten des \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitswesens, dass viele die Chance ergreifen w\u00fcrden, vor dem Virus und seinen neueren Omicron-Untervarianten gesch\u00fctzt zu bleiben.<\/p>\n

Leider zeigten offizielle Daten, dass der erste bivalente Booster kam nicht so gut an<\/a> wie Experten gehofft hatten. Nur 27,11 TP3T der Erwachsenen und 18,51 TP3T der Jugendlichen erhielten die Impfungen zwischen November und Dezember 2022.<\/p>\n

Trotz der schlechten Resonanz wird die Regierung h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich immer noch eine weitere bivalente Auffrischungsdosis anbieten, da der Schutz, den die erste Dosis bietet, allm\u00e4hlich nachl\u00e4sst. Aber seit Kurzem ist dies bei der US-amerikanischen Food and Drug Administration (FDA) der Fall Noch unentschlossen bez\u00fcglich des Federkraftverst\u00e4rkers<\/a> f\u00fcr COVID-19.<\/p>\n

Es kann jedoch sein, dass die Amerikaner bereits unter einer Impfm\u00fcdigkeit leiden Amerikanische \u00c4rztekammer<\/a> (AMA) definiert als \u201eUnwilligkeit oder Unt\u00e4tigkeit gegen\u00fcber Impfinformationen oder -anweisungen aufgrund einer wahrgenommenen Belastung oder eines Burnouts.\u201c<\/p>\n

Den neuesten von AMA erhaltenen Daten zufolge haben nur 15,81 TP3T der US-Bev\u00f6lkerung die aktualisierte bivalente Auffrischungsimpfung erhalten, trotz der Verbreitung der hoch \u00fcbertragbaren XBB.1.5-Omicron-Subvariante im Land.<\/p>\n

Au\u00dferhalb der USA erleben auch andere L\u00e4nder das gleiche Ph\u00e4nomen. Eine k\u00fcrzlich in der Zeitschrift ver\u00f6ffentlichte Studie Naturmedizin<\/a> fanden heraus, dass die Bereitschaft der Menschen, sich impfen zu lassen, in \u00d6sterreich und Italien relativ gering war.<\/p>\n

Die Forscher befragten 6.357 Menschen in den beiden europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern. Die Befragten wurden gebeten, ihre \u201eImpfbereitschaft\u201c auf einer Skala von 0 bis 10 zu bewerten. Die durchschnittliche Bewertung lag in Italien bei 5,8 und in \u00d6sterreich bei 5,3.<\/p>\n

\u201eDie Befragten in beiden L\u00e4ndern berichteten \u00fcber ein hohes Ma\u00df an Pandemiem\u00fcdigkeit und zeigten ein geringes bis mittleres Vertrauen in Parlament und Regierung\u201c, schrieben die Studienautoren und wiesen darauf hin, dass unter den Befragten h\u00e4ufig ein geringes Vertrauen in medizinische Einrichtungen, Regierungen und Impfungen herrschte.<\/p>\n

Dr. Norman B. Gaylis, der medizinische Direktor des Immunotherapy Center of South Florida und langj\u00e4hriger COVID-Experte, sagte Fox News Digital<\/a> dass viele Menschen aus verschiedenen Gr\u00fcnden scheinbar das Vertrauen in die Impfstoffe verloren haben.<\/p>\n

\u201eLeider glauben viele Menschen, dass COVID keine ernsthafte Gesundheitsgefahr mehr darstellt, \u00fcber die sie sich Sorgen machen sollten\u201c, betonte er, nachdem er erkl\u00e4rt hatte, dass viele angesichts der widerspr\u00fcchlichen Standpunkte und Kontroversen rund um den Schutz und die Nebenwirkungen des Impfstoffs ihr Vertrauen verloren h\u00e4tten.<\/p>\n
