Diese Methode k\u00f6nnte eines Tages zu besseren Behandlungen f\u00fcr Menschen mit neurologischen Erkrankungen wie Parkinson und Epilepsie f\u00fchren, indem sie es Wissenschaftlern erm\u00f6glicht, K\u00f6rperbereiche mit einer externen Spannung zu stimulieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201eSeit mehreren Jahrzehnten versuchen wir, Elektronik zu entwickeln, die die Biologie nachahmt. Jetzt lassen wir die Biologie die Elektronik f\u00fcr uns erschaffen\u201c, sagte Professor Magnus Berggren vom Labor f\u00fcr organische Elektronik (LOE) der Universit\u00e4t Link\u00f6ping, Schweden, in einem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurekalert.org\/news-releases\/980082\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pressemitteilung.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201eDer Kontakt mit k\u00f6rpereigenen Stoffen ver\u00e4ndert die Struktur des Gels und macht es elektrisch leitf\u00e4hig, was vor der Injektion nicht der Fall ist.\u201c Je nach Gewebe k\u00f6nnen wir auch die Zusammensetzung des Gels anpassen, um den elektrischen Prozess in Gang zu bringen\u201c, f\u00fcgte Xenofon Strakosas, Forscher am LOE und der Universit\u00e4t Lund und einer der Hauptautoren der Studie, hinzu.<\/p>\n<div id=\"dfp-ad-oop2\" class=\"dfp-tag-wrapper\"> <\/div>\n<p>Den Forschern gelang es, gelbasierte Elektroden in den K\u00f6rpern lebender Zebrafische und Blutegel zu z\u00fcchten. Wie die Forscher vorhergesagt hatten, wurden die Elektroden in jedem Organ erzeugt, in das das Gel injiziert wurde.<\/p>\n<p>In der Studie stellten die Forscher die Elektrodenbildung im Gehirn, im Herzen und in den Schwanzflossen von Zebrafischen sowie um das Nervengewebe von medizinischen Blutegeln fest. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inverse.com\/science\/injectable-brain-gel-electrodes\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Invers<\/a> gemeldet.<\/p>\n<p>Erfreulicherweise schien das Verfahren beim Zebrafisch keine Schmerzen oder Beschwerden zu verursachen. Das Gleiche wurde auch f\u00fcr die Blutegel angenommen, allerdings ist es schwieriger, etwas \u00fcber die Schmerzen bei den Tieren zu sagen.<\/p>\n<p>Zebrafische zeigen Schmerzen \u201eauf viele verschiedene Arten, z. B. indem sie sehr schnell schwimmen oder sich herumw\u00e4lzen\u201c, erkl\u00e4rte Hjort. \u201eWir haben keine dieser negativen Auswirkungen gesehen. Ich denke, das ist ein sehr gutes Zeichen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDurch intelligente \u00c4nderungen an der Chemie konnten wir Elektroden entwickeln, die vom Gehirngewebe und dem Immunsystem akzeptiert wurden. \u201eDer Zebrafisch ist ein hervorragendes Modell f\u00fcr die Untersuchung organischer Elektroden im Gehirn\u201c, sagte Professor Roger Olsson von der Medizinischen Fakult\u00e4t der Universit\u00e4t Lund.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl ihre Ergebnisse ermutigend sind, geben Wissenschaftler zu, dass noch Zeit f\u00fcr m\u00f6gliche Anwendungen beim Menschen bleibt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eUnsere Ergebnisse er\u00f6ffnen v\u00f6llig neue Denkweisen \u00fcber Biologie und Elektronik.
