ergab.<\/p>\n<p>Den Statistiken zufolge ist einer von 33 Menschen von dieser Erkrankung betroffen, was h\u00e4ufiger vorkommt als die bisher angenommene Sch\u00e4tzung von 40 Menschen.<\/p>\n<p>Laut DeGutis und seinem Team ist der Unterschied in der Inzidenzrate auf strenge diagnostische Kriterien zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDie Mehrheit der Forscher hat zu strenge Diagnosekriterien verwendet und vielen Personen mit erheblichen Gesichtserkennungsproblemen im t\u00e4glichen Leben wurde f\u00e4lschlicherweise gesagt, dass sie keine Prosopagnosie haben\u201c, bemerkte handele.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eProsopagnosie liegt auf einem Kontinuum\u201c, sagte DeGutis. \u201eStrengere vs. lockerere diagnostische Kriterien, die in den letzten 13 Jahren in Prosopagnosie-Studien eingesetzt wurden, haben mechanistisch sehr \u00e4hnliche Populationen identifiziert, was eine Ausweitung der Kriterien auf diejenigen mit milderen Formen rechtfertigt.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Mit den
