Au\u00dferdem erstellten wir ein auf Komplementfraktionen basierendes Vorhersagemodell und validierten die Genauigkeit des Modells.<\/p>\n<p><\/sec><br \/>\n<sec><st>Ergebnisse<\/st><\/p>\n<p>Von diesen 242 Patienten starben 200 (82,6%). Die mediane \u00dcberlebenszeit betrug 18,3 Monate. Durch multifaktorielle Analyse fanden wir heraus, dass hohe CFH-Werte das Sterberisiko senkten (HR 0,23, 95% CI 0,10 bis 0,57, p&lt;0,001), w\u00e4hrend erh\u00f6hte Komplement-C4-Werte eine schlechte Prognose anzeigten (HR 2,28, 95% CI 1,66 bis 3,13, p&lt;0,001). Wir \u00fcberpr\u00fcften die Variablen mit Cox-Modellen und erstellten CFH-basierte Vorhersagemodelle, um durch interne Validierung ein Nomogramm zu erstellen. Das Nomogramm zeigte eine ausgezeichnete Genauigkeit bei der Bewertung der Sterbewahrscheinlichkeit und ergab eine angepasste C-Statistik von 0,905.<\/p>\n<p><\/sec><br \/>\n<sec><st>Schlussfolgerungen<\/st><\/p>\n<p>CFH kann als Biomarker zur Vorhersage des Sterberisikos bei SCLC anerkannt werden.
