Sein Gesicht wies einige papul\u00f6se-knotige L\u00e4sionen auf der Stirn und den Wangen auf, abgeschw\u00e4chte Hautfalten und Verlust von Wimpern und Augenbrauen (Abbildung 1). Die Untersuchung peripherer Nerven zeigte verdickte bilaterale Ulnaris- und hintere Schienbeinnerven. Sein Gesicht wies einige papul\u00f6s-knotige L\u00e4sionen an Stirn und Wangen sowie verfeinerte Hautfalten auf und hatte einen Verlust der Wimpern und Augenbrauen (<cross-ref type=\"fig\" refid=\"F1\">Abbildung 1<\/cross-ref>). Die Untersuchung peripherer Nerven zeigte verdickte bilaterale Ulnar- und hintere Tibialnerven. Die Untersuchung des Hautausstrichs und die Histopathologie eines Knotens zeigten Merkmale, die mit multibazill\u00e4rer Lepra \u00fcbereinstimmen. Basierend auf klinischen und Laborbefunden wurde die Diagnose lepromat\u00f6se Lepra gestellt und mit einer WHO-Multi-Medikamententherapie begonnen, die Rifampicin, Clofazimin und Dapson enth\u00e4lt. Unser Patient hatte das f\u00fcr lepomat\u00f6se Lepra typische Gesicht und Madarosis.<\/p>\n<p>Das L\u00f6wengesicht ist ein Gesicht, das dem eines L\u00f6wen \u00e4hnelt.<cross-ref type=\"bib\" refid=\"R1\">1<\/cross-ref> Es tritt sekund\u00e4r bei diffuser Infiltration (Verdickung) der Haut an Stirn, Nase, Ohren und Kinn auf und weist ein wachsartiges Aussehen und eine Verminderung der nat\u00fcrlichen Linien auf.
