Eine 23-j\u00e4hrige Frau stellte sich in der Notaufnahme vor, weil sie seit einem Jahr an atraumatischen Schmerzen in der rechten Schulter litt. In den vergangenen Monaten hatten sich die Schmerzen verschlimmert und ihre Bewegungsfreiheit war erheblich eingeschr\u00e4nkt. Ansonsten war sie fit und gesund.<\/p>\n

Bei der Untersuchung schien ihre Schulter normal zu sein und es gab kein offensichtliches neurovaskul\u00e4res Defizit, einschlie\u00dflich des Nervus axillaris. Sie hatte keine aktive Bewegung in irgendeine Richtung, konnte aber passiv ihre Schulter in eine Abduktions- und Vorw\u00e4rtsflexion von 60\u00b0 bringen.<\/p>\n

Eine einfache R\u00f6ntgenaufnahme der Schulter (Abbildung 1<\/cross-ref>) zeigt eine gelappte, expansive, schlecht abgegrenzte lytische L\u00e4sion im rechten Humeruskopf und proximalen Humerusschaft. Die L\u00e4sion betraf die Diaphyse, Metaphyse und Epiphyse.<\/p>\n

Eine MRT wurde angefordert (Figur 2<\/cross-ref>), um die Diagnose zu stellen.
